In order to access the Medical Billing Course (MBC), you must have an internet connection.
Our course program can be accessed on a PC, MAC or Tablet.
Our course material is provided to you via your Student Access Page immediately upon purchase. There are no time restrictions. You may complete the course and examinations at your own pace. Most students, on average, complete the program in 3-6 weeks.
You will be assigned a Personal Instructor. Support is provided via e-mail, chat, telephone and a 24/7 Student Support Forum.
MBC provides instruction in the field of Medical Billing. The COURSES page includes a complete breakdown of the Course Curriculum prior to purchase. If you are not clear on what our course provides, please either call us for further details (888) 274-2745 or go back to these pages prior to making a purchase.
- We do not provide a refund based upon “not understanding” what our course entails.
- We do not provide a refund in the event that a student has “changed their mind” about entering into the medical billing field.
- We do not provide a refund due to the student “not having the time” to complete the course program
Our Guarantee
Within 10 days of the date of purchase, MBC will review a refund request for reasons not mentioned above.
Exclusions
A student who has completed 50% or more of their examinations is excluded from refund eligibility.
Course Completion
Upon successful completion of the course program, your certificate will be processed for mailing. If you have paid in full, your certificate will be released for mailing. If you chose a Payment Plan Option and have a remaining balance on your account, your certificate will be released for mailing once your balance has been paid in full.
