New York is among only 18 states where
collection
agencies don't have to be licensed, and if this
doesn't bother you, it should, because they
can ruin
your finances if they don't do their jobs.
Jacquelynn Vance-Pauls, a Middletown

recently when she got copies of her credit reports
from the big three credit bureaus, Equifax, Trans
